Bradley County Schools comply with new court ruling on electronic communications by using the freedom9 freeGuard Capture 2000

Back in December of 2006, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that schools, businesses, and other organizations are required to capture and maintain records on all forms of electronic communication produced by their employees. The Bradley County Schools technology department was tasked to source out a solution to ensure that their entire organization be compliant with this new ruling.
