NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER: Freedom9 Inc. �Enter to Win a 2-port KVM Switch (freeView 02PA / KVM-02P)" Contest. To enter entrants must (1) complete the �Enter to win� email form linked to as part of the May eMail Blast Newsletter or (2) enter by speaking with a freedom9 Sales Representative as described below. All entries submitted must include the entrant�s name, company name, and contact information. Winners will be chosen by random drawing on, the 3^rd Friday following the sending of the newsletter, during the promotion period, from all eligible entries received from the preceding eMail Blast Newsletter, and will be notified by receipted electronic mail or telephone call. All entries, whether by e-mail or Sales Representative, must be received no later than midnight Eastern Time, three weeks after the send date of the email. There is a limit of one entry per person, per company.

PRIZES: One (1) winner will receive a freeView 02PA / KVM-02P 2-port PS/2 Desktop KVM Switch with Audio Support and built-in cables (estimated value $39.99USD). The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received in compliance with these Official Rules and Regulations. All decisions of Freedom9 Inc. will be final. By entering the contest, each entrant agrees to be bound by these rules. No substitutions or cash redemption's of prizes are permitted, except that Freedom9 Inc. reserves the right to substitute a prize or prizes of equal or greater value. All prizes will be awarded. All taxes are the responsibility of the winners.

CONDITIONS: Entrants release freedom9 and its respective parent divisions, affiliates, officers, subsidiaries, agents, employees and all others associated with the development and execution of this contest from and against any liability with respect to or in any way arising from this contest and the awarding and use of the prizes, including liability for personal injury. Entries and other submitted material become the property of Freedom9 Inc., and will not be acknowledged or returned. Freedom9 Inc. is not responsible for lost, incomplete, late, misdirected e-mail. The submission of entries is the responsibility of the participant. No entrant will become a winner until his / her submissions are validated.
